Looking for the Best Prices on a New Volvo S60?
Try the WhyPaySticker.com Way and Save Some Real Money
The Old-Fashioned Way
1. You can't leave. You're pressured to buy the car today, without the chance to comparison shop.
2. Endless negotiation. You're stuck for hours going head-to-head with a salesman.
3. You're overwhelmed by numbers. APRs, fees, payment schedules—you have to sign right away and there's no time to think.
Our Dealer Network
We generate millions of dollars in sales each month for the dealers. By using our website as the middleman, you can save hundreds of dollars on your purchase. Why do dealers work with us then? Because of the 50,000 cars sold each day, fewer than 500 are sold through our network. That’s a drop in the bucket for the car dealers, but a bottom line price quote for you.
In addition, we'll show you any available manufacturer Rebates & Incentives for your new car.
The Back Door to Savings
A dealership’s Internet department prices its vehicles to maximize the number of cars it sells, not the profit per car. Manufacturers decide the allocation of vehicles and dealer perks on the basis of a dealership's volume.
Coming in through the "back door" levels the playing field for your negotiation and tells the dealer that you have done your research, that you know about rebates, hold-backs, multiple price quotes and all the tricks of the trade.
When you deal with our contacts in the Internet department, you get a firm price quote, and oftentimes the paper work is already prepared when you walk into the dealership.
Depending on your location, sometimes the dealer will bring the car to you at your home or office for a test drive, walk-around, and ultimately delivery.
We keep referring customers to friendly Internet Sales Managers, and they keep selling cars at incredibly low prices.
The WhyPaySticker.com Way
1. Start from the comfort of home. It's so easy with free, no-obligation Internet price quotes from Accredited Dealers.
2. Make dealers compete. You know you'll get the best price with competitive bids from multiple dealers.
3. Finalize the numbers on your terms. Finish your negotiations on your time, then go to the dealership to pick up your new car.
New 2014 Volvo S60 Overview
The Volvo S60 is a five-seat luxury sedan that goes toe-to-toe with the BMW 3 Series, Acura TL and Mercedes-Benz C-Class. The 2014 S60's mild refresh includes smoother front styling and new interior features. The S60 is available in front-or all-wheel drive with turbocharged five- and six-cylinder engines.
New for 2014
Volvo smoothens the S60's front styling for 2014 while the inside has a new dashboard and upholstery options plus available sports seats. Other changes to the exterior include new wheel designs and LED accents on the taillights.
It may take a second glance to notice what's changed, but the S60's already sleek appearance is smoother with the relocation of the daytime running lamps, new headlight design and hidden windshield washer nozzles. The grille is also wider for 2014 and uses less chrome surround. The S60 comes standard with re-designed 17- inch wheels with 18- and 19-inch wheels available. Integrated tailpipes are part of Volvo’s most recent revamp to provide a cleaner, sophisticated look. Option to equip heated windshield also available.
The S60 seats five occupants and gains an available configurable digital gauge cluster for 2014 that replaces a standard tachometer and speedometer. It's standard on T6 trim levels and is optional on T5 trim levels. Available display choices include a traditional appearance, eco theme with eco meter and green background as well as a performance theme with red background.
Other new technology includes a Sensus Connected Touch multimedia system with 7-inch display. Sensus receives an internet connection from a wireless card or mobile phone to power apps like internet radio, weather and a web browser. The inside also has newly available upholstery colors, a new headliner and authentic wood inlays. Additional options include sports seats, heated steering wheel, multimedia system with in-car apps and internet connectivity, and paddle shifters.
Under the Hood
The base S60 T5 is powered by a standard five-cylinder turbocharged engine making 250 horsepower paired with front-wheel drive and an automatic transmission. A more-powerful six-cylinder turbocharged engine is standard in T6 models making 300-hp or 325-hp in the T6 R-Design. All T6 trims have all-wheel drive. For 2014, Volvo decreases zero-to-60 mph times of T6 AWD models by .2 seconds with new transmission programming that shortens shifting times. Six-speed automatic transmission with front-wheel drive comes standard along with touring suspensions. Additional options include Dynamic and Sports suspensions as well as an AWD drivetrain.
Volvo's City Safety technology is standard and includes a low-speed collision prevention feature that works at speeds up to 31 mph to automatically brake when a collision is detected. Standard safety features include antilock brakes, electronic stability control, and collision warning with auto brake. Additional technological safety features include pedestrian and cyclist detection, blind spot monitoring, and cross-traffic alert.
